Interested car owners can apply to convert to the revised OPC scheme on or after 25 Jan 2010 via the following channels:

For normal cars:
• LTA office at 10 Sin Ming Drive.
Operating hours: 8am to 4.30pm (Mondays to Fridays), 8am to 12 noon (Saturdays)
Requirements
(i) Payment of $100 administrative fee
(ii) Payment of one-year road tax and radio licence fee
(iii) Insurance coverage for the new road tax period
(iv) Inspection certificate (if applicable)

For OPCs on existing OPC scheme:

• AXS stations
• www.onemotoring.com.sg

(i) Payment of $100 administrative fee
(ii) Payment of applicable road tax top-up (in exchange for the extended hours of usage)
